| Welcome It is my prayer that as you search our site your will get a better understanding and feel of God’s community through Faith Fellowship. We are a Christian church internalizing classic doctrines while continually attempting to fully embrace God’s extravagant grace. You will find us a rich place to explore your faith journey in a community that loves God’s Holy Word while recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. Please allow me to share some of my unique journey. I grew up in Ohio where it really snows. Christ started to become real to me through the love and acceptance of church people who made me feel special and unique. That was important to a kid who grew up in a large family who often felt like he did not matter. It took some time but after several years I embraced Christ’s offer to invade my life. Shortly after that my Mother entered a month long treatment program for alcoholism. Through my new relationship with her, key church member’s encouragement of the families struggle with alcoholism and my attendance of numerous AA meetings with my Mother a deeper understanding of God’s love and how His community should function began to emerge. I still wrestle with how we can best be agents of God’s love to our world, the faith community and ourselves while still being honest enough to accept that we are sinners continually in need of grace. My wife, Lillian is a gifted counselor and champion of the disenfranchised. The passion and compassion that wells up from her faith in Christ is being used to change lives and harmful systems in our community. Our three children are constant reminders of the variety of our Creator as well as His abiding love. Serving as Pastor of Faith Fellowship is a wonderful adventure. I have found it to be a place open to encouraging and letting people follow their God inspired passions and dreams. It is exciting to watch God take hold of children, youth and adults in their journey toward a deeper richer faith. Maybe God will allow us to journey together in the days ahead.
